Cognitive Behavioral Courses

We offer engaging classes designed to empower participants with practical skills and knowledge. These courses are conducted through partnerships with community organizations, ensuring that participants receive meaningful and impactful learning experiences tailored to their level of understanding.

Thinking for a Change (T4C)

T4C is a cognitive–behavioral therapy (CBT) program that includes cognitive restructuring, social skills development, and the development of critical thinking skills.

Aggression Replacement Training (ART)

A cognitive behavioral intervention program designed to assist individuals in improving social skills, moral reasoning, coping with and reducing aggressive behavior using self-regulating exercises and mindfulness.

Cognitive Bx – Substance Abuse

The goal of CBT is to increase your awareness of your thoughts, actions, and the consequences of each. Through this process, you gain a better understanding of your motivations and the role of drug abuse in your life.

Diversion

The purpose of diversion programs is to redirect offenders from the justice system through programming, supervision, and supports.

Workforce Development 

Our programs help individuals succeed in employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong career development. They are designed to connect participants with mentors, training providers, and employers to support their growth and opportunities.
