Centennial Place was established by Tia's Youth and Family Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities across California. We provide transitional housing and a wide range of supportive services through strong community partnerships, helping youth, adults, and families move from instability to independence.

Our board of directors and executive team brings deep expertise, compassion, and commitment to every program we offer. Our goal is to create opportunities for positive change empowering individuals and families to achieve stability, growth, and long-term success.
